Subject: End of Service Announcement for CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 7.1.1

 

CA Technologies, a Broadcom Company is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with the Broadcom Support Policies here, please consider this email your written notification that we are discontinuing technical support for CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 7.1.1, packaged with CA Service Management 17.2 & 17.3 products (CA Service Desk Manager 17.2 & 17.3, CA Service Catalog 17.2 & 17.3, CA IT Asset Manager - Asset Portfolio Management 17.2 & 17.3) along with its respective service packs, cumulative patches and supported languages effective May 31, 2021. After May 31, 2021, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

 

At this time, we encourage you to plan for the migration to CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 7.2 as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features and enhancements this release has to offer. You can download your copy of CABI 7.2 from the downloads page of CA Service Management products at Support. Please visit the TechDocs space for upgrade instructions of CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 7.2.

 

As Broadcom would like to make your upgrade to CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 7.2 as straightforward as possible, we are offering the following:

 

  • The latest supported Version/Release of CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 7.2, at no charge, as long as you have an active maintenance contract for CA Service Management.
  • Documentation to help you prepare for your upgrade to the new Version/Release can be viewed on the CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 7.2 pages at Support
