Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. To focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing technical support on Unicenter Job Management Adapter for PeopleSoft. In accordance with the terms and conditions, guidelines and parameters of Broadcom’s support program, documented in the Broadcom Support Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification of End of Life for Unicenter Job Management Adapter for PeopleSoft.

Updates, including patches, enhancements and fixes for the Unicenter Job Management Adapter for PeopleSoft will be discontinued effective October 31, 2023. Thereafter, the remaining Technical Support will be discontinued effective December 31, 2024. After December 31, 2024, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

Broadcom has made Workload Automation Agent for PeopleSoft available as a replacement product. We encourage you to migrate to Workload Automation Agent for PeopleSoft r12.0 or r12.1 as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features, functionalities, and enhancements this replacement product offers. Broadcom would like to make your upgrade to Workload Automation Agent for PeopleSoft r12.0 or r12.1 as straightforward as possible. Please be aware of the following:

• A migration utility is available to migrate your job definitions from the Unicenter Job Management Adapter to the Workload Automation Agent for PeopleSoft. If you would like a copy of this utility, please contact Support and ask for the PeopleSoft Adapter Conversion Utility.
• A common migration concern for many customers has been the fact that the legacy Adapter solution supported a one-to-many integration architecture between the PeopleSoft Adapter and PeopleSoft Instances. Development is currently working on a patch that will provide this same one-to-many architecture between the Workload Automation Agent for PeopleSoft and the PeopleSoft instances in your environment.
